1. Determine which features you want included in your answering service. Access to live emergency operators is always included.
  2. Download our Set-Up Forms and New Customer Checksheet PDF files.
  3. If you have any needs not covered in the features list, please contact us; we may be able to accommodate them.
  4. Fax ( 877-225-9824 ) or email ( support@apartmentlines.com ) the completed forms to Apartment Lines.
  5. When we receive your forms, an Apartment Lines representative will contact you to complete the set-up process.

Some things to keep in mind as you’re starting service:

  • If you are currently using a different answering service, you might be required to provide them with a written 30-day notice of cancellation. If you need any help with this, please contact us.
  • We will mail an invoice to you within 2 weeks of your start date. Subsequent invoices will be mailed 30 days in advance to allow you extra processing time.
